The first button is this one :
This button is here to close tickets
this action is irreversible and the ticket will be closed in the 3 next seconds after you click it
To have a trace of the ticket you can use the second button :
With this button you can have the transcript of the button. When you click on it the bot will send you an html file who will give you all the messages, links, images etc... of the ticket.
